Ladybug's First Wedding

OH YEAH! This is the first wedding project of Ladybug Productions and we are going to be kill this. Hahaha!!

This time we are going to move as if we don't have any bosses. WE ARE THE BOSS! jk

At first, we had a hard time with the whole thing of their wedding preparation and their wedding since the couple are not really that talkative and they are a bit kind of shy people. So there were no interviews or any messages. Their wedding was so unusual since it's my first time to see a Jehova's Witnessess Wedding. Maybe I was a little bit surprised on how the ceremony thing goes. Eventhough, they never had the kiss at the end of the ceremony we still had a beautiful output at the end of the day. I respect their religion for having those kind of rules or things to be followed.

It was hard yet challenging. We enjoyed it! WE NAILED IT!

Pre-Nuptial: Janx and Cheng

Last time it was an MTV/BTS style of Call Me Maybe, followed by a silver wedding anniversary celebration then this time... a set designed pre nuptial. :)

This times Ladybug Productions projects is its very first prenuptial shoot of the young couples Janx and Cheng. My work this time is not just a videographer but also the set designer and stylist of the couple during the shoot. It was a tough one. :)

I had to interview them first so I could have an idea on what could be the possible ideas that would fit in to their video. These couple are very much opposite to each other and they really have pretty funny story which started in a love boat wherein all singles are collected and each single has a single half heart. They have to search for the other half of the heart wherein if connected a bible verse is being seen. Going back, I now had the final idea of their shoot: loveboat, hearts and coffee shop since they also love coffee. Then I used the vintage type of clothing for their wardrobe so that it would fit the coffee shop ambiance of the set. Being a set designer and a stylist was a tough job to do yet it was fun.

A couple of days we had to do the props to be used in the set: cutting, pasting, painting, taping and all those creative stuff. 1st experience is a memorable one and I really enjoyed doing this one since art is being incorporated here. Hahaha!!

The shooting was a bit successful yet I still don't know if the footage were good. :/ But I know for sure that it would be a great one. I know for myself. :) KUDOS!

Thanks to the couple for giving me a chance to show my capabilities and skills/talents in designing and as well as to my team.

Here are some photos of my work. :)

25th Wedding Anniversary of Pastor Andoy and Ms. Nilda

“There must be a stronger foundation than mere friendship or sexual attraction.
Unconditional love, agape love, will not be swayed by time or circumstances. ”

25 years of being together as a family. 25 years of cherishing every moment as lovers and as servants of God. 25 years of blissful life w/ their son and daughter. 25 years of unmeasurable and unconditional love. 25 years... isn't just a number, a lifetime memoir.

Another big opportunity came to the Ladybug Productions, the silver wedding anniversary of the well-known Event organizer and desinger Ms. Nilda also known for her nickname as "Pane". This event will be covered by Ladybug Productions which will only be a celebration and thanksgiving for another year in their lives as a couple and as a family. This celebration is almost a God-given opportunity since everything was given for free or being given as a gift: the location, flowers, designs and all.

This time, it was only me, Kristan and Glenn who will be shooting all the footage and Director Sir Heintje will be editing the footage into a video file. This was a very challenging chance since the song which was selected for this celebration was the version of the Glee of In My Life and the song is really short. I can't really say that the celebration was really that momentous unlike the previous wedding we had in Green Tomato. A tough yet memorable one.

This was a same day edit and Sir Heintje really had a hard time editing the video since our shoots are not really that good. But after all, the video became a good one. Hahaha!! Saved by the creative minds of the Green Tomato.

Congratulations again to Pastor Andoy and Ms. Nilda and as well as to their children. May they have a blissful and countless memoirs as a loving family and servants of God.

Here's the same day edit video link on Ladybug Productions' link. :) Have Fun and thank you!

Ladybug Productions: Call Me Maybe of Mr. and Ms. GenSan 2012

This is the first project of the Ladybug Productions, the 2nd unit of Green Tomato of Royale Iris, the Call Me Maybe of the candidates of Mr. and Ms. GenSan 2012 for the annual celebration of Tuna Festival 2012. This is under the partnership of Project O! Consultants of the most ganda ever so much Mr. Orman Manansala.

At first we thought that this project would be tough since almost everyone are doing a crazy, cute and unique versions of this song of Carly Rae Jepsen. A version of Katy Perry, Justin Bieber and as well as the well-known models and Filipino celebrities Anne Curtis, Georgina Willson, Liz Uy and the rest of the gang. Going back, the team being lead by Director Heintje Fernandez planned the overall output of the video. But since this is a second unit, Densho has to lead us what to do and so the rest of us, Kristan, Glenn and I had to do the footages.

At first it was kinda tough to do yet after a couple of hours of getting along with the candidates and seeing them do their funny stuff of call me maybe, our moods boost up and the whole duration of the shoot was fun and enjoying. The following days were good and surprisingly the final output of the shoot was good. :)

I'm so thankful that this experience came to mold my skills and abilities in videography or in shooting videos. Hahaha!! Here's the video and I hope you'd enjoy it.

Special thanks to: Mr. Orman Manansala, Mr. and Ms. GenSan candidates and the rest of the sponsors of this event.
